Real Life Magic # 12: Learning to Trust Your Intuition with Sophia Koh

Today I am sharing a conversation I had with Sophia (she/they), where they share their journey of learning to trust their intuition. We chat about the difference between intuition and anxiety and how to slowly practice discerning between the two.

Sophia (she/they) is passionate about community, connection, and authenticity. They are a clinical social worker whose approach focuses on accompanying others alongside their healing journey of self-discovery and deepening their connection to themselves, their community, and the Earth. They see nature as one of our greatest guides and teachers to help us find meaning in our experiences and guidance on how to heal along the path. Sophia deeply believes that most answers to life's questions can be found within Earth's wisdom if only one can slow down enough to listen and receive the messages.

They currently live a nomadic lifestyle and when they are not working, like enjoying their time traveling, connecting with different cultures and communities, meditating in nature, reading, journaling, and playing. They are passionate about movement-based practices such as yoga, highlining, rock climbing, dancing, and flying trapeze.

If you'd like to learn more or connect with Sophia, visit their website www.roots-rising.com, and feel free to reach out in the contact section. If you live in Colorado and are interested in getting on Sophia's waitlist, feel free to reach out via their website or Psychology Today
